Breakfast is an important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast may cause lack of important nutrients of the day plus it may cause more hunger for mid day meal which may eventually lead to more consumption of food intakes. There is nothing like balance Diet meal.
Regular meals is healthy and should be taken on time. Disorientation of meal time should be avioded.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. This will keep your body humid and nutritious. Fruits contains natural sugar which is healthy for body and vegetables contains natural minerals, iron, salts and water. Try to wash fruits and vegetables before use to remove pesticides or wax.
Regular exercise keeps your body fit and detoxifies your body from toxins.
Water intake should be plenty. Alkaline water is good for health. It not only purify your blood but also keep your body system in good running condition. Water acts as lubricant for your internal body organs and acts as base against acidity. A luke warm full of glass should be taken early morning to clear your stomach acidity.
High-fibre foods found in food plants is recommended, good for your muscle fibres and tendons plus easy to digest.
