We offer offline and online yoga classes (via Zoom) for basic yoga practice in morning and evening. These batches are ideal for yoga enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to experts. IGIYS Trainers will give you personal attention and help you leave the class refreshed and rejuvenated!
Morning Batches
1) Regular Batch (Meditative Batch) Timings : 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM Day/Days : Monday To Friday (5 hours per week) Outcomes : Practice Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas, Relaxation, and Mind-Awareness. |
2) Beginner’s Batch Timings : 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM Day/Days : Monday To Friday (5 hours per week) Outcomes : Learn all aspects of yoga right from the basics. Students also get time to get accustomed to yogic practices and learn proper yoga techniques. |
3) Women’s Special Batch Timings : 08:15 AM - 09:15 AM Day/Days : Monday To Friday (5 hours per week) Outcomes : Yogic practices with a holistic approach on women’s health to help in developing the mental and physical health of women. |
4) Late Morning Batch Timings : 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM Day/Days : Monday To Friday (5 hours per week) Outcomes : Practice Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas, Relaxation, and Mind-Awareness. |
5) Intermediate Batch Timings : 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM Day/Days : Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (5 hours per week) Outcomes : Practice Ashtang Yoga, Pranayama, Strengthening & Stretching, Asanas, Relaxation, and Mind-Awareness. |
